2. Copyright Respect Policy

If content is removed due to a complaint and the submitting party believes removal was erroneous, that party may submit a counter-notice. Counter-notices must include:

FTA Channel may review counter-notices and determine whether reinstatement is appropriate. FTA Channel is not obligated to restore removed content.

8. Channels Submitted by Third Parties

FTA Channel allows channels to be submitted by:

• schools;
• universities;
• municipalities;
• public organizations;
• private organizations;
• authorized representatives.

Submitters are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations. FTA Channel does not independently guarantee ownership of all submitted content.

9. Repeat Violations

FTA Channel maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward repeated intellectual property violations. We reserve the right to:

• reject future submissions;
• suspend publisher privileges;
• permanently block abusive submitters;
• restrict access to services.

Repeated abuse may result in permanent removal from the platform.

10. Trademark Notice

All channel names, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, and branding elements remain the property of their respective owners. FTA Channel claims no ownership over third-party marks unless explicitly stated. Listing a channel does not imply:

11. Disclaimer of Liability

12. Abuse of Removal Process

Abuse of the removal process is strictly prohibited. False, malicious, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive takedown requests may result in:
