Welcome to FTA Channel. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FTA Channel website, applications, services, software, content catalog, and related features (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using FTA Channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. About FTA Channel

FTA Channel is a technology platform dedicated to the organization, indexing, curation, discovery, and categorization of Free-To-Air ("FTA") television channels and publicly accessible audiovisual streams available on the internet. FTA Channel does not create, own, license, broadcast, retransmit, rebroadcast, host, store, or distribute third-party television signals or copyrighted audiovisual content.

FTA Channel functions solely as an aggregation and discovery service that connects users to publicly available streams published or authorized by their respective official content owners, broadcasters, distributors, institutions, or authorized representatives. All audiovisual streams accessed through the Platform are delivered directly from the original source or its authorized distribution infrastructure. FTA Channel merely facilitates discovery, organization, categorization, and user access.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction;
• possess legal capacity to enter binding agreements;
• provide accurate and complete registration information.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Subscription Service

FTA Channel operates under a recurring subscription model. Current subscription fee: USD 1.00 (one United States Dollar) per month. This fee is charged exclusively for:

• content discovery tools;
• platform maintenance;
• channel organization;
• metadata processing;
• search capabilities;
• software infrastructure;
• automated catalog updates;
• technical support;
• service availability.

The subscription fee is not payment for channel content, broadcasting rights, or signal licensing. Users are paying solely for access to the FTA Channel platform and its technology services.

4. Billing and Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled before the renewal date. Payments are processed by authorized third-party payment processors, including but not limited to Stripe and its affiliated payment services. FTA Channel does not store full credit card or payment credential information.

By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring charges according to your selected payment method until cancellation. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. Failure of payment may result in suspension or termination of service access.

5. User Account

To access certain features, users may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• maintain accurate information;
• keep credentials confidential;
• prevent unauthorized account access;
• notify us of any security breach.

You remain fully responsible for all activity under your account. FTA Channel reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.

6. Permitted Use

FTA Channel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• resell access to the Platform;
• redistribute access credentials;
• commercially exploit the Platform;
• copy or scrape platform data at scale;
• reverse engineer the service;
• interfere with infrastructure;
• attempt unauthorized access;
• use bots without authorization;
• exploit the Platform for unlawful purposes.

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.

7. Channel Availability Disclaimer

FTA Channel does not control third-party stream availability. Because channels are hosted and transmitted by third-party providers, channels may:

• become unavailable;
• change URLs;
• suffer interruptions;
• experience degradation;
• be removed permanently;
• be geo-restricted.

FTA Channel makes reasonable efforts to maintain an accurate and updated catalog but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific channel. Channel availability is subject entirely to the respective content provider.

8. Third-Party Content

All trademarks, logos, names, channel identities, and audiovisual content remain the property of their respective owners. FTA Channel claims no ownership over third-party content unless explicitly stated. The presence of a channel in the catalog does not imply ownership, endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or affiliation, unless expressly indicated.

9. Copyright Compliance

FTA Channel respects copyright, intellectual property rights, trademark rights, and related legal protections. If you believe content or links available through the Platform infringe your rights, you may submit a formal removal request under our Copyright Removal Policy. FTA Channel reserves the right to remove or disable access to any channel, stream, or listing at its sole discretion.

10. Service Modifications

FTA Channel may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any feature, service, catalog category, pricing model, or infrastructure at any time. We reserve the right to improve, alter, or discontinue services without prior notice when necessary for operational, legal, security, or technical reasons.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

FTA Channel may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably determine that a user:

• violates these Terms;
• engages in abuse;
• attempts fraud;
• harms infrastructure;
• breaches security;
• violates law or regulations.

Termination may occur without prior notice when necessary for security or legal compliance.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FTA Channel disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• merchantability;
• fitness for a particular purpose;
• non-infringement;
• uninterrupted availability;
• error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be secure, uninterrupted, or free of defects.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FTA Channel, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or exemplary damages. This includes damages arising from:

• service interruption;
• channel unavailability;
• lost profits;
• lost business opportunities;
• data loss;
• unauthorized access;
• third-party content issues.

In no event shall total liability exceed the total subscription fees paid by the user during the previous twelve (12) months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FTA Channel and its affiliates against claims, liabilities, damages, costs, losses, and legal expenses arising from:

• misuse of the Platform;
• breach of these Terms;
• violation of applicable law;
• infringement of third-party rights.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction designated by FTA Channel's primary legal entity, without regard to conflict of law principles. Specific jurisdiction and dispute resolution mechanisms may be further specified in supplemental legal notices or service agreements.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to arbitration, mediation, or competent courts, subject to applicable jurisdiction and governing law.

17. Changes to These Terms

FTA Channel may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
